Seton Hall Law’s Advanced Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program

Gary Giampetruzzi, global chair of Paul Hastings’ Life Sciences practice, and Joy Dowdle, vice-chair of Paul Hastings' Life Sciences practice, are speaking at Seton Hall Law’s Advanced Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program (HCCP), which is taking place virtually on May 16-18, 2023.

Gary is leading a session titled “Implementation of and Demonstrating Adherence to the Guidance” on Day 1 from 1:05 – 2:25 p.m.

Joy will be participating with Jaimee Reed, senior director of legal compliance at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, on the “Third-Party Relationship Management: Domestic and Global Risks, Due Diligence, Contracting, Monitoring, Auditing, Termination” panel on Day 2 from 11:15 a.m. – 12:45 p.m., as well as on the “Case Study: Overseas Third Party Management” at 1:45 – 3:30 p.m.

The HCCP is designed for compliance and legal professionals who have completed one of Seton Hall Law's global compliance certificate programs (US, APAC, MidEast, LATAM, or EU). The virtual format is highly participatory, with opportunities for interaction with presenters in each session and a group case study each day to enhance knowledge and application.
