AIPLA presents a webinar to focus on strategies for settling pharmaceutical patent infringement cases. The speakers will provide a brief overview of the history of settlements in these cases and discuss the current state of the pay-for-delay issue. Also included as discussion topics are the Federal Trade Commission’s requirements for settlements and present different, and specific strategies for making settlements more attractive in the post-Actavis world. 

Bruce Wexler, a partner in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and a co-founder of the life sciences patent litigation practice, is a featured panelist for this webinar.
