Paul Hastings Finance and Restructuring Partners Kathy Bell and John Hilson, as well as Of Counsel Cynthia Cohen, invite you to join them at The Financial Lawyers Conference and The Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law and Policy at UCLA School of Law’s “Basics of Business Bankruptcy.” Kathy Bell is Co-Chair of the Business Bankruptcy Conference. John Hilson will present at the session “Avoiding Powers” and Cynthia Cohen will present at the session “Section 363 Sales” on Friday, June 7th.
