Treasury Releases Information on Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax

The U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service released information on the Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax, a key provision of the Inflation Reduction Act to ensure billion-dollar corporations pay a 15%minimum tax on the adjusted financial statement income they report to shareholders.
