The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Market Oversight announced it has issued a no-action letter to Electron Exchange DCM, a designated contract market, which would allow Electron Exchange to submit large trader reporting on behalf of direct participants as if Electron Exchange’s contracts were exclusively self-cleared contracts.
