Abry Partners II Sells Basefarm Holding to Orange

London – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm has represented Abry Partners II, LLC, the media, communications, business and information services focused private equity investment firm, on its disposal of Basefarm Holding AS to the Orange Group for a total consideration of €350 million. This is Paul Hastings’ second deal this month for Abry, following their
