CIMC Vehicles Completes Spin-off from CIMC and Hong Kong IPO

Hong Kong – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (“CIMC”) on the spin-off of CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd. (“CIMC Vehicles”). CIMC Vehicles subsequently listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
