Francisco Partners to Acquire International Business of CDK Global for $1.45 Billion

San Francisco – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented Francisco Partners in its definitive agreement to acquire the international business segment of CDK Global, a leading provider of automotive retail software solutions in EMEA and Asia, for $1.45 billion.

The transaction, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
