Great Salt Plains Midstream Acquires Thunderbird Midstream

Houston – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Great Salt Plains Midstream, LLC on its acquisition of Thunderbird Midstream LLC.  The acquisition includes a cryogenic natural gas plant, a 34 mile natural gas pipeline gathering system, and continues the expansion of GSPM’s infrastructure. The transaction closed on May 1, 2018.
