Jacobs to Acquire Wood's Nuclear Business
London – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it is advising Jacobs Engineering Group on its acquisition of Wood Group’s Nuclear business in the UK, Europe, and the Far East for £250 million.
