Madison Industries Acquires Specified Air Solutions

Chicago – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Madison Industries in the acquisition of Specified Air Solutions from the Sterling Group.

Specified Air Solutions is a multi-branded, commercial and industrial HVAC equipment manufacturer focused on providing end users with semi-custom, energy efficient solutions for indoor air quality, cooling, heating, and dehumidification needs. The acquisition complements Madison Industries’ suite of HVAC solutions for the highest possible indoor air quality. The transaction was completed on October 2, 2018.
