Morgan Stanley Senior Funding and BMO Capital Markets Finance Gulf Oil Acquisition by ArcLight Energy Partners

NEW YORK – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and BMO Capital Markets Corp., as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners on the financing for the acquisition by ArcLight Energy Partners of Gulf Oil Limited Partnership from its parent company, Cumberland Farms, Inc.  

The financing consists of a $425 million Term Loan Facility and a $700 million ABL Facility.
