Paul Hastings Advises BCI Broadband in Closing the Acquisition of James Cable

New York, NY -- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented BCI Broadband (BCI) in the closed acquisition of James Cable, LLC. James Cable operates under the brand name Mediastream and was formally owned by GoldenTree Asset Management LP.

BCI Broadband is a next-generation broadband MSO formed by the executive management team from pioneering cable operator Bresnan Communications in partnership with BBH Capital Partners (BBHCP), a private equity fund sponsored by Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
