Paul Hastings Advises Brack Capital Real Estate On Sale Of Haslemere Stake To General Electric Capital Corporation

London, UK (June 3, 2004) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker (Paul Hastings) announced today that the firm represented Brack Capital Real Estate (BCRE), a consortium comprising Brack Capital, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Apollo Real Estate, in a sale to General Electric Capital Corporation of BCREs shareholdings in Haslemere NV (Haslemere). BCRE held approximately 84.5% of Haslemere and together with Citadel, Canterbury S.a.r.l. (Citadel) represented approximately 98% of the issued outstanding share capital of Haslemere.
