Paul Hastings Advises Delta Power On $37.8 Million Power Plant Transactions

Stamford, CT (February 3, 2005) - - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings) is pleased to announce that the firm advised Delta Power Company, LLC, on the sale of leasehold interests in two hydroelectric generating facilities to Brascan Corporation, in a transaction valued at $31.4 million, including a cash purchase price of $19.4 million, subject to certain adjustments, and $12 million of assumed debt.
