Paul Hastings Advises Milacron LLC Senior Management and Independent Directors in its Acquisition by CCMP Capital Advisors

Atlanta, GA (May 1, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented the senior management and independent directors of Milacron LLC in its sale by Avenue Capital to CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC.

Milacron LLC is a Cincinnati, Ohio-based leading supplier of plastics processing technologies and industrial fluids. With 22 principal facilities and approximately 3,000 employees, Milacron manufactures and supplies a broad and comprehensive portfolio of machinery and turnkey systems through integrated business units including Milacron Plastics Technologies, Ferromatik Milacron, DME, Uniloy, Milacron Americas Aftermarket, and CIMCOOL® Fluid Technology.
