Paul Hastings Advises Post Advisory Group in Stake Sale to Nippon Life Insurance

Post Advisory Group LLC is owned by The Principal Financial Group’s subsidiary, Principal Global Investors. Post is a leading manager of high-yield fixed income based in Santa Monica, California and has approximately $11.8 billion in assets under management.
