Hong Kong/Beijing (June 27, 2014) - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Haitong International Capital Limited and CIMB Securities Limited as the Joint Sponsors, CIMB Securities Limited and Haitong International Securities Company Limited as the Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers on Koradior Holdings Limited’s (“Koradior”) US$67.73 million global offering and IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
