Paul Hastings Assisted MCC, In Approximately 30 Million Euros Financing

Milan, Italy (September 27, 2007) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that they assisted, Medio Credito Centrale Spa, in a project financing transaction for a total value of approximately 30 million Euros. The Paul Hastings team was lead by attorney Sergio Sambri.

The Project Financing transaction was due for the opening of a Wind Energy Park of 20 MW power in Longano (Isernia) in the Region Molise, Italy. The financing was emitted in favour of Longano Eolica Spa – a company specialized in renewable energy.

Wind energy is a renewable source energy which does not imply any combustible but uses wind kinetic energy. Moreover it does not cause any harmful emissions for human beings and has got a very law environmental impact.
