Paul Hastings Named Top Global CLO Counsel for the Third Consecutive Year

London/New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, has been named Top Global CLO Counsel for 2019 by Creditflux magazine – the third consecutive year the firm has been recognized.

The firm was credited for advising on 169 CLOs through 2019 – more than any other law firm, and more than 36.5% of all CLOs globally – for a combined value of approximately US$78.8 billion.
