New York, NY (September 28, 2012)- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented ARCH Capital Management, a boutique Asian real estate investment firm specializing in the management of real estate private equity funds in Asia, as U.S. legal counsel in forming a new real estate private equity fund, ARCH Capital-TRG Asian Master Partners, L.P.

The fund recently had its final closing, raising a total of over $400 million from a diverse global investor base, including pension funds, endowments, private foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. Fund II is seeking to make opportunistic investments in ground-up development transactions, primarily in China.
