Paul Hastings Represents Banks in Financing KKR's Acquisition of The Brickman Group
New York, NY-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented the banks in the financing of the $1.6 billion acquisition of The Brickman Group Ltd. LLC, a landscaping services company, by affiliates of private equity group KKR.
The firm represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as first lien administrative agent, Credit Suisse AG, as second lien administrative agent, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Royal Bank of Canada, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., KKR Capital Markets LLC, Macquarie Capital (USA) LLC, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and UBS Securities LLC as joint lead arrangers and joinder bookrunners in connection with a $735 million first lien term loan facility, $110 million first lien revolving credit facility and a $235 million second lien term facility.
