London - Paul Hastings advised Goldman Sachs as sole bookrunner of the €95M high-yield bond tap offering by a subsidiary of Novacap International, a leading manufacturer and distributor of essential chemicals for use in everyday products, based in France. The issuance is intended to finance the acquisition by the Novacap Group of Chemie Uetikon GmbH, a German manufacturer of active pharmaceuticals ingredients and fine chemical intermediates.
