Chicago, IL- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented H.I.G. Capital, LLC (“H.I.G.”), a leading global private equity investment firm, in the sale of its portfolio company American Hardwood Industries, a leading hardwood platform, to Baillie Lumber, a premier hardwood lumber company.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
