Houston, Texas - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented KeyBank National Association as administrative agent and as a joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner in connection with a $300 million senior secured amended and restated credit agreement with an available accordion of $200 million for Rex Energy Corporation, a publicly-traded company that specializes in the acquisition, development and exploration of conventional and unconventional oil and natural gas liquids.
