Los Angeles, CA (July 2, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Klune Industries, a leader in the manufacturing of aerostructures components, in its sale to Precision Castparts Corp., a worldwide, diversified manufacturer of complex metal components and products.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The sale is expected to close in the third calendar quarter.
