New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented UBS Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and General Electric Capital Corporation, as lead arrangers, and UBS AG, Stamford Branch, as administrative agent, in connection with the amendment of the existing amended and restated first lien credit agreement and the second lien credit agreement for Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc., to, among other things, permit the incurrence of first lien incremental term loans and second lien incremental term loans for the purposes of, among other things, the payment of a shareholder dividend and the acquisition of ClinStar, LLC.
