New York, NY Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented RBC Capital Markets in connection with financing Confie Seguros, a leading national insurance broker primarily focused on the insurance needs of the Hispanic consumer, acquisition by ABRY Partners VII, LP, an affiliate of ABRY Partners.
The financing included a first lien credit agreement, which consisted of Term B Loans in the amount of $252,000,000 and revolving loan commitments in the amount of $75,000,000. The financing in the second lien credit agreement consisted of term loans in the amount of $110,000,000.
