Paul Hastings Represents Telx in its Sale To ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners

Orange County, CA   Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it is representing The Telx Group, Inc., an interconnection and data center provider, in its sale to ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners LLC, two Boston-based investment firms. GI Partners, a leading mid-market investment firm and long time client of Paul Hastings, currently owns a majority of The Telx Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
