Paul Hastings Represents UBS AG in Financing for Hostess Brands Acquisition

New York, NY- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented UBS AG as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner in a $60 million dollar ABL credit agreement in connection with the financing of Apollo Global Management LLC (APO) and C. Dean Metropoulos & Co.’s purchase of certain assets related to the manufacturing and distribution of snack products from Hostess Brands, Inc.

The total financing also included a term loan of $450 million, in which Credit Suisse was the lead agent.
