Paul Hastings secures role on the £140mLSE IPO of Cadogan Petroleum

London (July 1, 2008) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that its London office recently advised Fox-Davies Capital Limited (Fox-Davies) in its capacity as joint underwriter and co-lead manager on the £140m initial public offering and on the London Stock Exchange of Cadogan Petroleum PLC. The market capitalization of Cadogan upon listing was approximately £530m. UBS acted as sole global co-ordinator, bookrunner and sponsor to the offering.
The Paul Hastings team was led by London corporate partner Ronan OSullivan and included associates Hayley Buckley and Alex Morris.
