Paul Hastings Strengthens Litigation Practice in New York with Addition of Top Litigator

New York, New York (May 25, 2010) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that Palmina Fava has joined the firm as partner in the Litigation Department. She is based in the firms New York office.

Ms. Fava focuses her practice on conducting internal investigations and due diligence with respect to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-corruption and anti-bribery restrictions worldwide. She has advised multinational clients on matters involving FCPA violations, kickbacks, corruption, and fraud in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and South America.
