RSE Ventures Makes Strategic Investment in &pizza

New York - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented venture investment firm RSE Ventures on their recent strategic investment in &pizza, the Washington, DC-based, fast-casual pizza restaurant group.

RSE Ventures was founded to back forward-thinking entrepreneurs in the sports, media and entertainment industries. Stephen Ross is the Chairman and Founder of the global real estate firm Related Companies and principal owner of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins. RSE Ventures also maintains a strategic position in David Chang’s Momofuku restaurant group.
