Teleperformance Completes Acquisition of Intelenet

San Diego – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Teleperformance SE, the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, in the completion of its acquisition of Intelenet, a major global provider of high-end omnichannel customer experience management, back-office, human resources and financial and administration services from Blackstone (

) for a total consideration of $1 billion (enterprise value).
