Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, today announced that Peter Cheng has joined the firm’s securities and capital markets practice as a partner in Hong Kong.

Cheng practices primarily in the area of equity capital markets offerings with a focus on Hong Kong IPOs, and has led on matters relating to Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. He has extensive experience in the technology, media and telecom sector.
