Paul Hastings LLP advised Scilex Holding Company, a majority-owned subsidiary of Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., in the completion of its business combination with Vickers Vantage Corp. I. The combined company will operate as Scilex Holding Company trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbols “SCLX” and “SCLXW.”
