WASHINGTON (April 3, 2023) – Paul Hastings LLP announced today that leading white collar and securities litigator Brad Bondi has joined the firm as a partner in Washington, D.C. He will serve as global co-chair of the firm’s investigations and white collar defense practice.

A three-time Law360 white collar national MVP, Bondi has spent more than 20 years representing companies, financial institutions, boards of directors, audit committees, special committees, independent directors, and senior executives in a wide range of complex civil and criminal matters involving securities and financial laws, SEC investigations, corporate governance, white-collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement actions, litigation, and other corporate disputes.

Prior to entering private practice, Bondi was a member of the executive staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as counsel to two SEC commissioners for enforcement actions and regulatory rulemaking.
