Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the lenders in connection with the £1.1 billion club unitranche refinancing of Civica, a specialist system and outsourcing company providing software to public sector organisations and commercial firms.

The portable financing includes a term loan, a committed acquisition facility, and a super senior revolving credit facility.
