Paul Hastings Advised Lenders in Exus Renewables North America’s $400 Million Financing

Paul Hastings LLP advised Santander, Barclays Bank, ING Capital, Nomura Securities International, KeyBanc Capital Markets and BHI as lenders in a $400 million senior secured corporate credit facility for Exus Renewables North America.
The credit facility supports the development of energy supply for data centers, manufacturers and industrial operations. Exus Renewables manages a portfolio of 700 MW of renewable energy assets currently in operation or under construction and holds a development pipeline of 4.5 GW.
