Paul Hastings LLP advised lifestyle hospitality group sbe in connection with the launch of lifestyle brand HQ Hotels & Residences. A partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, HQ will target millennial and Generation Z travelers, and will be part of Wyndham’s Registry Collection, as well as Wyndham Rewards. sbe will lead management of all HQ properties. Wyndham and sbe plan to open 50 HQ Hotels by 2030, with approximately 150 rooms per property.
