Paul Hastings Advises Ad Hoc Group of Secured Lenders to Sonrava Health and Western Dental

Paul Hastings LLP advised an ad hoc group of secured lenders to PDS Holdco Inc. and its subsidiaries, doing business as Sonrava Health and Western Dental (Sonrava), in connection with a comprehensive, out-of-court recapitalization of Sonrava’s $1.1 billion+ capital structure and a $100 million liquidity infusion. The transaction involved the implementation of a consensual restructuring supported by Sonrava, its former equity holders and Sonrava’s lenders that reduced overall leverage, improved liquidity and positioned the business for sustainable growth. 

Financial Restructuring Group co-chair Jayme Goldstein led the team, which also included partners Matthew Schwartz, David Hong, Alex Cross, Jeremy Evans, Gary Silber and Isaac Sasson, of counsel Joanne Lau, and associates Kelsey Massey, Leonie Koch, Nilam Faqhir, Omar Abdelhamid and Alexis Fishman.
