Paul Hastings Advises Algorized on $13 Million Series A Financing

Paul Hastings LLP advised Algorized, the company building the intelligence layer for Physical AI, in connection with its $13 million Series A financing round. The round was led by Run Ventures with other participants including Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund and Acrobator Ventures, among other investors.
Partner Mike Pestana led the Paul Hastings team, which included associates Laura Jetter and Amaan A. Shaikh.
