Paul Hastings Advises Andera Partners on the Sale of the Artemys Group

Paul Hastings LLP advised Andera Partners on the sale of the Artemys Group, a specialist in digital transformation, IT infrastructures, cloud, big data and network security, to the SPIE Group, an independent European leader in multi-technical services in the energy and communications sectors.

This transaction marks a new stage in the development of the Artemys Group, which intends to accelerate its growth with the support of the SPIE Group and strengthen its position in the French market.

The completion of the transaction is expected by early 2026, subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities.

Corporate partner Charles Cardon led the Paul Hastings team, which included associates Moussa Mbodji and Bertrand Sabathier.
