Paul Hastings Advises Arcline Investment Management in Financing Novaria Group Purchase

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, in financing its purchase of Novaria Group in an all-cash transaction with a total enterprise value of approximately $2.2 billion.
