Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Ardian Expansion and Finaxy, the French leader in insurance brokerage, in the unitranche refinancing of Finaxy’s existing debt and the acquisition by the Finaxy group of three companies: Assurinco Voyage and Presence Assistance Tourisme, travel insurance brokers, and Libbela, a digital underwriting agency. Together they will be known as Xplorassur and will create the number one travel insurance company in France.
