Paul Hastings Advises Banque des Territoires on Sale of Wind Portfolio

Paul Hastings LLP advised Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts) on the sale of a 49.9% equity interest in a 174.2 MW operational wind portfolio to Axium Infrastructure. ENGIE Green retains the remaining 50.1% interest in the portfolio.

The portfolio consists of 22 fully operational wind projects distributed across the regions of Hauts-de-France (79.4 MW), Nouvelle-Aquitaine (52.8 MW) and Grand Est (42.0 MW).
