Cécile Janicot is an associate in the Tax Department of the Paris office of Paul Hastings.

She advises mostly on tax aspects of private equity and M&A transactions. She also assists managers with the tax aspects of these transactions, in particular the implementation of management packages. She also advises French and international groups on their corporate tax matters, and in tax audits and litigation.
