Paul Hastings Advises Banque des Territoires on the Proposed Combination of JP Energie Environnement and Générale du Solaire

Paul Hastings LLP advised Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts) on the proposed combination of JP Energie Environnement (JPee) and Générale du Solaire (GDS), with the aim of creating a leading independent French energy company dedicated to delivering sovereign, renewable and competitive electricity production across Europe.
