Paul Hastings is advising BLU Logistics, a leading Colombian specialist in freight transportation and logistics services, in its sale to the Rhenus Group, a global logistics specialist. The sale involves nine global jurisdictions, which include Columbia, Argentina, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Mexico, Hong Kong, China, and Germany. The deal is expected to close later in Q3. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
