Paul Hastings Advises Certain of the Financing Sources in CD&R’s Acquisition of Sealed Air for $10.3 Billion

Paul Hastings LLP advised certain of the financing sources in CD&R’s agreement to acquire Sealed Air (NYSE: SEE), a leading global provider of food and protective packaging solutions, for $10.3 billion. The transaction is expected to close in mid-2026, subject to stockholder approval, regulatory clearances and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
